LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Forex Journey be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Forex Journey or their authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall Forex Journey total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this site or using the information provided. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and the parties irrevocably consent to waive their rights to any/all law suits and agree to use a binding arbitration to enforce and/or settle all matters relating to this Agreement and/or the use of information and services provided by Forex Journey.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
1. All memberships at ForexJourney.com run on a month to month basis until cancelled by either party. Billing occurs each month, in advance of said month, automatically on the 1st day of the month.

2. All cancellation requests submitted to us must be done so via e-mail or in writing. Your account is not pending for cancellation until you receive a confirmation from us. If you do not receive a response from our office after you have requested your account be cancelled, then most likely an error has occurred with your e-mail. You should expect a confirmation message in 24 hours or less.

3. Because accounts are billed in advance of the upcoming month, should you cancel mid month, your cancelation will not go into effect until the last day of the current month. In order to avoid being billed on your account, you must request cancellation and receive a confirmation from us no later than three (3) days before the end of the month. There are no refunds available once a billing period has past. Memberships cancelled at any time after the first of the month will not be billed the following month.mid month are not entitled to a refund. Service is based month to month, not on a daily basis. Setup fees are non-refundable.

4. By joining, you agree to the following: you will pay for all valid service charges on your account as outlined herein; should an error in billing occur, you will contact us for a credit or refund; in the event that you and/or your credit card company charges back or otherwise reverses any authorized charge(s) for service, we are fully authorized to re-bill the original charges and any resulting bank fees.

5. If your credit card declines or rejects billing for any reason, you will be notified by us via e-mail. Similar to a margin call, you will be given a three (3) day grace period in which to supply a billable credit card and/or remit payment for your account. Failure to do this will result in your account being closed.

BECOMING A MEMBER
Once you agree to the terms outlined above, simply click below to complete the on-line application provided on the next page using your credit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). Upon payment your membership will be activated and send you an e-mail response. Please allow 10business days for receipt of product.

Once you join as a member, your name will be added to our subscriber mailing list and you will begin receiving your COMPASS Newsletter by e-mail two times per week. The fee for the Silver Membership is $129.95 US per month, plus a one-time setup fee of $79.95 for a total of $209.90. The fee for the Gold Membership is $199.95 US per month, plus a one-time setup fee of $79.95 for a total of $279.90.
