A key component of our teaching philosophy and traders’ doctrine at Forex Journey is to define your risk prior to entering the trade. So to practice what we preach here is our refund and return policies for your membership, products and workshops. Here on out, Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be referred to as RMA#.
Memberships
Forex Journey offers a holistic approach to your forex education. We take a unique approach to teaching traders, because we feel that the keys to trading the forex market resides within each individual trader and not one particular strategy. However, if feel you are not on your way to making money in the forex market or would like to proceed in another direction, simply send us a
cancellation email (cancellations@forexjourney.com) and return your course materials in their original form within 30-days of joining with a copy of your receipt for a no hassle refund. You will receive a confirming email with RMA #, shipping instructions and documentation.
Setup fees are non-refundable*.
* Membership refunds are issued upon receipt of the original course material and within 30 days of joining Forex Journey. Since Shipping and Handling fees are included in the one-time set up fee return shipping charges will be at the member’s expense. The RMA# must accompany the course material in order to be granted a refund.
We do not offer refunds after the first billing period. If you cancel, you will be immediately removed from the automatic billing cycle, and your subscription will run until it expires.
The following applies to all Forex Journey seminars and products:
Any credit towards the purchase of a service or product that a student receives from Forex Journey must be used by student within one year from the date the order was executed by student. Please note that there may be registration requirements that the Student must satisfy in order to purchase these seminars and products. We reserve the right to refuse offer.
Special limited time offers have terms and conditions which differ from those set forth here. In those circumstances, the refund policy stated in the special limited time offer shall apply.
Any seminar or product purchased at a seminar may be cancelled at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.
Forex Journey Live Seminars and Workshops
The refund policy for Forex Journey’s Live Total Emersion Seminar and Advance Forex Seminar is as follows. These purchase orders are non-refundable unless canceled within 7 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this seven (7) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend the seminar. If Student has signed up for a specific seminar location and/or date and desires to change seminar locations and/or date, Student's request shall be honored provided that Forex Journey can fill Student's reserved spot at the original location and date with another student. Forex Journey will make every effort to accommodate the Student’s request, however, if Forex Journey cannot fill Student's reserved spot at the original location and date then Student's request to change seminar locations shall not be granted.
Forex Journey Online Seminars and Workshops
The Online Seminars (“Web Seminars”), excluding those events offered as part of your purchased membership level, refund policy is as follows. The purchase order for Forex Journey Web Seminars is non-refundable unless a cancellation request is received and confirmed prior to 48 hours from the start of the event.
No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations receive less than 48 hours prior to the start date and time of student’s Web Seminar or Online Workshop event.
Forex Journey Products
Our products carry a No-Hassle 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Simply send us a cancellation email (returns@forexjourney.com) and return your product in their original form(s) within 30-days of your order with a copy of your receipt for a no hassle refund. You will receive a confirming email with RMA #, shipping instructions and documentation. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable*. The RMA # must be included with the return number in order to receive the refund.
*Refunds are issued upon receipt of the original course material and within 30 days of the original order date. Shipping and Handling charges are included in the price of all of Forex Journey products and be subtracted from the refund. The following shipping and Handle scale applies.
For products less than $99 in original value minus $15 for North American orders, $35 for international orders and $60 for DHL international orders.
For products between $100 and $199 in original value minus $25 for North American orders, $50 for international orders and $75 for DHL international orders.
For products over $200 in original value minus $50 for North American orders, $70 for international orders and $90 for DHL International orders.
Paid Newsletter Subscriptions
Cancellations during Trial Period
Email all free trial cancellation request to cancellations@forexjourney.com at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the free trail period from the same email address used during the sign-up process. If a cancellation noticed is not received 24 hours prior to the expiration of your trial period, your credit card will be charged to reflect a one-month subscription. Your free trial expiration date is displayed on the receipt received after signing up for the newsletter. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to initiate the cancellation request and to follow up if your cancellation request is not acknowledged in a timely manner. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice the subscriber will have access to the newsletter for the remainder of the free trial period.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds after the first billing period. If you cancel, you will be immediately removed from the automatic billing cycle, and your subscription will run until it expires. Please email your cancellation notice to cancellations@forexjourney.com AT LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR to the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations initiated within this 1 week period will be billed for the next month.
Note: Canceling your paid newsletter subscription does not opt you out of other Forex Journey memberships and services. To opt out of the free newsletter use the opt out link provided in the newsletter email or email newsletter@forexjourney.com.
