Conduct on the Member’s Forum

Forex Journey.com believes in active and open debate among our members. All we ask is that it is done in a lawful and civil manner. Copyright Infringement

It is not uncommon for discussion board participants to electronically copy information that they have obtained from outside sources and paste such information into a message. Due to the numerous potential sources of information available online and offline, we may not know whether a participant has infringed a third party's copyright.

If any provision in this Agreement is invalid, unenforceable, or nonsensical, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Nevada (except with respect to choice of law). You agree that the proper forum for any claim arising under this Agreement will be in Clark County or the appropriate Nevada state court.
